Frequently Asked Questions
How do we get started?
Reach out to us using the Contact Us button and provide us with any information you would like to share or any questions you may have regarding services. Due to a high number of inquiries, please reach out again if you do not hear back and are still looking for services.
Do you accept or contract with any insurance providers?
We are considered an “out-of-network” provider and while we do not accept insurance at this time, we are able to provide you with a Superbill each month that you can submit to your health insurance provider to for reimbursement purposes. Since each insurance provider is different, we highly recommend you reach out to your provider for additional information regarding reimbursement rates for out-of-network services.
We will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate for services, as part of the No Surprises Act.
Does my child need to have a diagnosis or referral to receive an OT evaluation?
No, it is not required in the state of Washington to have a referral for OT services. However, if you are seeking reimbursement for services, we encourage checking with your insurance provider regarding what they require for coverage.
My child has a previous OT evaluation. Do we need a new evaluation?
In some cases, a comprehensive OT evaluation that was done within 6-months will provide sufficient information to begin services. However, if there has been a significant change in skills or new concerns that have developed since the evaluation, it will be recommended that the client be re-evaluated to provide the most thorough baseline to guide the treatment plan.
